At NOVO ELIXIR, we ensure that every piece is handled with care and dispatched swiftly to reach its next destination.


PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the Lab.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship from Portugal. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Portugal (Mainland & Islands): 2-5 business days.

  • European Union: 5-10 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.


SHIPPING METHODS

We primarily use CTT (Postal Service) or Certified Couriers to ensure every package is tracked and signed for.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

  • NOVO ELIXIR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is especially relevant for orders outside the European Union.


DAMAGES & ISSUES IN TRANSIT

  • Shipping Damage: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item was damaged during transit, you must save all packaging materials, take clear photos of the damage, and contact us immediately at contact@novoelixirshop,com.

  • Exclusion of Disclosed Flaws: This policy does not apply to any flaws, marks, or signs of wear that were already documented, photographed, or mentioned in the product description. It is the customer's responsibility to review the item's condition before purchasing.

  • Unlisted Defects: If you detect a significant defect that was not mentioned or visible on the product page, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof so we can evaluate the issue.
