How is the condition of the items assessed?
Every piece undergoes a strict inspection before entering our collection. Brand-new items are explicitly marked as such. For pre-owned, vintage, or archive pieces, any signs of natural wear, aging, or flaws are meticulously documented in the item's description and photos. We do not use generic grading scales; we describe the unique condition of each specific item.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Since sizing scales change drastically over different eras and brands, we do not rely solely on the tag size. Detailed, flat-laid measurements are provided for every single item on its product page. We highly recommend comparing these measurements with a similar piece you already own before purchasing.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We process and dispatch all orders from the Azores, Portugal. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Same-Day Dispatch Bonus:
Orders purchased between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Azores Time) are often processed and dispatched on the exact same day.
